Pocket Snapshot User Guide

Please read this document carefully before using Pocket Snapshot

Installition

By executing the setup program, You can install Pocket Snapshot to your PC.

First time use

You MUST use Pocket Snapshot as follow steps:

1.Establish ActiveSync connection between PC and PDA

2.Launch Pocket Snapshot PC program, and execute 'File->Connect to Device' command'. It will install mobile side utility to PDA automatically

3.Now you can use 'File->Connect to device' to connect to PDA and make Snapshots easily.

After First time

There are two choices to using Pocket Snapshot.

1.Using ActiveSync Option(PC connect to PDA)

Evrytime you want use Pocket Snapshot with ActiveSync,you must establish ActiveSync connection. After that, you always can use 'File->Connect to device' to connect to your mobile device and make screen snapshots.

2.Using TCP/IP Option (PDA connect to PC)

If you have wireless network,You can use TCP/IP option by follow steps:

1.Launch PC side prgram

2.Launch PDA side program and select TCP/IP

3.Input specific IP address and press OK.The connection will be established. (IP address format is as "192.168.0.100".Please check your PC IP address by running "ipconfig".)

4.After TCP/IP connection established, you can make screen snapshots now.

Note: ActiveSync is not required in this method
